Students'  Work

In an attempt to experience the joy of composing after a year of hard work, and also to revise the concept of 'Theme and Variations form', the 22 Secondary Two Boys of the MEP (1998), have created renditions of the Malay Folksong 'Geylang Sipaku Geylang'. The boys had at their disposal, two melodic instruments namely, soprano recorders and a xylophone or metallaphone, claves and or two tone blocks or a guiro, and a handdrum or bongo. These are their efforts of one afternoon of group discussion and, or arguments. Enjoy!
